Now accepting applications from artists to perform as part of the Mainland Concert Series on Side Door! Get paid and raise donations for charity!
About
Mainland Concert Series is a 5 week online interactive concert series brought to you by Side Door and Rogers, supporting artists and charitable organizations during the pandemic. Ten artists will be selected to perform one show throughout the series for a total of 10 shows throughout July and August 2020.
Artists must
Be based in the Greater Vancouver Area
Have a completed Side Door Artist Profile
Have selected a local charity they want to support. Artist-selected charity receives 100% net ticket revenue from the show. The charitable donation can be made on behalf of the artist for a tax receipt
Have access to reliable internet connection for the online show
Agree to help promote these shows
Each artist will receive a $1500CAD guarantee for a minimum 45 minute performance to be broadcast online through a broadcast platform of their choice (though we recommend Zoom).
Shows will be ticketed on Side Door. All ticket proceeds will go to charity. Side Door will waive 10% commission for these shows and provide booking and customer support.
Side Door strongly encourages applications from under-represented groups.
