Platform Update: Your Tickets
A new platform update includes a suite of new user features, including an at-a-glance view of every ticket purchased, RSVP’d for, claimed, and have yet to claim. These changes will be available as of Wednesday, August 12, 2020.
Account Management Page
When you navigate to your account management page, you’ll notice that we’ve added an option for changing your password. Artist and or venue users, you still have the option to manage your payment and billing information as well as your notifications. Audience members, you don’t need those options, so you’ll only see the name, email, and password fields.
A significant new change is the “Your Tickets” section of the accounts page. From here, users have an at-a-glance view of every ticket purchased, RSVP’d for, claimed, and have yet to claim. To access the shows page for each individual owned ticket, click the green “View Show” button. Tickets can also be shared or purchased (if available) by following the appropriate links on this page.
