All tickets and transaction fees are non-refundable unless a show is cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will automatically be issued to the original method of payment.
It is recommended that ticket holders transfer their tickets to someone else if they are unable to attend.
Exceptions to the refund policy are at the discretion of the Show Creators (Host and/or Artist), not Side Door.
PLEASE NOTE: If a refund must be requested, the request must be submitted BEFORE the show’s end time, as once the show is paid out, there is no ability to process refunds.
