To Cancel a Show:
Sign into your user account.
Navigate to the Shows icon at the bottom of your mobile device, or on the left sidebar on desktop.
Click on the show you’d like to cancel.
Click the menu icon in the top right corner (see image below), and select Cancel Show. All ticket holders will automatically be notified and refunded.
To Delete a Chat Thread:
If you’ve decided you no longer want to keep a chat open with an Artist or Host, you can delete a chat thread at any time.
Sign into your user account
Navigate to the Messages icon at the bottom of your mobile device, or on the left sidebar on desktop.
Click on the Chat Thread you’d like to delete.
Click the menu icon in the top right corner of the chat (see image below), and select Delete Thread.
